  • Responsible for leading and creative direction of design and photo art direction activities for the Content & Communications Corporate team. While providing direction to and shares learning from the company’s digital agency of record.
  • Accountable for elevating, modernizing, rebranding and creating department consistency with the brands design and photography style for major initiatives such as global ad campaigns, special global
    promotions and other high-level brand enhancements that require collaboration with cross functional partners such as digital marketing, PG&A, Brand, etc.
  • Understands Company initiatives and strategic goals and leads agencies in the development and execution of all related projects to bring creative innovation and versatility within the multi channel, multi-media toolkits.
  • Sets and enforces layout and graphic design quality standards across all media channels.
  • Leads and determines the best ways to visually represent business, marketing and communication
    creative strategy into memorable creative design.
  • Provides best-in-class photo and video art direction.
