roject Description: In my role as the Associate Creative Director of Branding Marketing at Freeman, I had the privilege of contributing to the creation of a dynamic video titled “Freeman Agency.” This video serves as a powerful testament to our agency’s ability to craft moments that foster loyalty and trust between the world’s leading brands and their audiences. These moments go beyond mere experiences; they inspire, engage, and educate long after the event concludes.
About Freeman: Freeman stands at the forefront of the global events industry, specializing in live events, exhibits, conferences, and tradeshows. With a wealth of experience spanning diverse event types, we offer integrated event services that are synonymous with trust and excellence.
Project Objectives: Our primary objective with the “Freeman Agency” video was to ignite a sense of excitement among our employees about the invaluable work they contribute within their Lines of Business (LOBs) and the profound impact they create for our customers. Additionally, we aimed to make this video a valuable tool for onboarding new team members, providing them with a clear understanding of the breadth and depth of our agency’s capabilities.
Content Highlights: The video masterfully weaves together captivating moments from a variety of client projects. Some notable clients featured in the video include SAP Sapphire, TriNet during their brand re-launch, Zoomtopia, AMD’s CES keynote, VMWare, OwnBackup, Kohler, Amazon NewFront, Workiva Amplify, Siemens, IPW Visit San Antonio, LinkBelt/Con Expo/Con Agg, Lincoln Electric at FabTech, Ricoh at Printing United, Yamaha, and Webex/Cisco.
Challenges Faced: Throughout the project, we encountered several challenges that required creative problem-solving. One significant challenge was collaborating with external agencies to acquire new content that was not available in our existing library. Additionally, selecting the right music proved to be a complex task, necessitating multiple iterations to ensure it perfectly complemented the video’s tone and message.
Creating a Consistent Series: One of the unique aspects of this project was the need to create a series of four videos that shared a consistent look and feel while highlighting the distinctiveness of each Line of Business and the overarching Freeman brand. This video represents the second installment in this series. Despite using clips from the same library, we succeeded in crafting an engaging and visually captivating narrative, showcasing the outstanding work our agency consistently delivers.
Ultimately, the “Freeman Agency” video serves as a testament to our agency’s ability to create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impact on our clients and their audiences. Its success in energizing our employees and serving as a valuable onboarding resource underscores Freeman’s commitment to excellence in the world of live events and brand experiences.
